BECKY HARRISON
Artistic Director and Co founder of IN+ Productions
Becky is a director and choreographer having trained at the Royal Academy of Music, graduating with a Distinction in MA musical theatre. Before this she studied at UCL and has a BSc (Hons) in Astrophysics.
She has a wide range of experience and skills having worked in the financial industry prior to entering the performance industry. In the entertainment sector her roles have included director/choreographer, producer, vocal coach, performing arts teacher, function band singer, voice over artist and actress.
To date she has directed and/or produced over 50 shows and projects ranging from professional to youth, from full scale productions to intimate concerts.

JUDITH VON ORELLI
Artistic Director and Co founder of IN+ Productions
Judith is a Swiss born singer and actress. Like Becky, she trained at the Royal Academy of Music, graduating with a Distinction in MA Musical theatre. This is where the business duo met. She's also acquired the LRAM Teacher Licentiate during her time at the Royal Academy and previously graduated with a BA from the City of Vienna Conservatoire.
Over the last decade, she’s performed in Musicals, Plays, Commercials, Concerts, Cabarets, Physical theatre pieces as well as creating her own work in the UK and abroad.
She is multilingual and to date has performed in 4 languages. Judith is pioneering the language performance branch of IN+ Productions. Passionate about international exchange she's interested in artistic collaborations related to refugee work.
Judith loves traveling and being outdoors - mountain hiking is a super chilled and easy day out for her!

SAM GEE
Film Maker
Sam doesn’t like to be pigeon-holed by a job title; he trained as a musician to start with but now also does lots of other creative-y, tech-y, and music-y type jobs, like graphic design, camera operating, sound engineering, web design, and animation, but still always feels most at home when safely surrounded by music and arty things (until he has to write an awkward bio about himself in the third person).

FINLEY LUCAS
Production Assistant
Creativity is Finley's true passion. While earning her degree in Film Practise from University of the Arts London, she entered the film industry where she explored her passion for Production and Production Design. With the roadblock that the pandemic threw us, and seeing the closing down of the industry, Finley decided to use that time to push herself creatively and explore another passion, abstract art. She studied Painting at Leith School of Art in Edinburgh where she began creating compositions that she went on to sell via her website and at the end of year exhibition. After studies, Finley moved to London to delve back into the film industry as a freelancer, elevated by further studies.
